Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a sarai shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form III and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
