Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the amateur radio operator shall apply to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
