Surrender of certificate.—Every self-employed person who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a self-employed occupation shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every medical certificate held by him has been disposed of.
