Intimation of change.—Every repairer of weights and measures shall intimate to the Central Authority, in Form A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
