Intimation of change.—Every freight forwarder by rail shall intimate to the Railway Claims Tribunal, in Form C and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Claims Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
