Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any collector of biological resources dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Environmental Appellate Authority in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every wild animal article then held; and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
