Intimation of change.—Every collector of biological resources shall intimate to the Environmental Appellate Authority, in Form VII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Environmental Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
