Surrender of certificate.—Every collector of biological resources who ceases to carry on the collection of biological resources shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Environmental Appellate Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every forest produce held by him has been disposed of.
