Periodical return.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall furnish to the National Executive Committee, within fourteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of every hazard map received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for three days from the date on which it is furnished.
