Clause 2, Delhi Fire Service (Stock Control) Order, 2017 [S4W-86A]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009); (b) "owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods" means a person carrying on the storage of inflammable goods; (c) "relief material" means a relief material received, held or disposed of by a owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods in the course of the storage of inflammable goods; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
