Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the fair price shop dealer shall apply to the Registering Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
