Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in antiquities shall apply to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
