Intimation of change.—Every owner of a goods carriage shall intimate to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, in Form 1 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
