Application for registration.—Every grantee of a public honour carrying on the acceptance of a public honour shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of the Commission in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every report of the commission held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
