Intimation of change.—Every grantee of a public honour shall intimate to the Registrar of the Commission, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
