Periodical returns.—Every dealer in wireless equipment shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of dealing in wireless equipment carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
