Application for registration.—Every electrical contractor carrying on the execution of electrical installation work shall make an application for registration to the State Commission in Form V, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every supply line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
