Bye-law 22, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Manner of Application of The maintenance of a private provident fund) Bye-laws, 2017 [S4V-P8W]

Language of records and returns.—Every record, return, application and intimation under these bye-laws shall be written in the official language of the Central Government or in English, shall be legible and free from erasure, and where a correction is made in a record it shall be initialled by the exempted establishment with the date on which it was made; and where a document furnished to the Controlling Authority is in any other language, it shall be accompanied by a translation certified in Form 5.
