Bye-law 15, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Manner of Application of The maintenance of a private provident fund) Bye-laws, 2017 [S4V-P1E]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 11 August 2017.
Display of certificate.—Every exempted establishment shall display the certificate of registration at a conspicuous place at the premises where the maintenance of a private provident fund is carried on, shall exhibit at the entrance of the premises a board showing his name and the number and date of the certificate, and shall produce the certificate on request by the Accounts Officer together with the record of every claim maintained under these bye-laws.
