Bye-law 7, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Manner of Application of The maintenance of a private provident fund) Bye-laws, 2017 [S4V-NSQ]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 11 August 2017.
Report to the Government.—The Controlling Authority shall prepare, within thirty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of exempted establishments whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
