Intimation of change.—Every exempted establishment shall intimate to the Controlling Authority, in Form 10 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controlling Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
