Bye-law 2, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Manner of Application of The maintenance of a private provident fund) Bye-laws, 2017 [S4V-NMD]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "exempted establishment" means a person carrying on the maintenance of a private provident fund; (c) "register of members" means a register of members received, held or disposed of by a exempted establishment in the course of the maintenance of a private provident fund; (d) "Form 5" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
