Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners who ceases to carry on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
