Correction of entries.—The Controller General of Accounts may, on an application made in Form GFR 12-C by any implementing agency or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than thirty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
