Intimation of change.—Every implementing agency shall intimate to the Controller General of Accounts, in Form GFR 40 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controller General of Accounts shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
