Surrender of certificate.—Every merchant banker who ceases to carry on the business of a merchant banker shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every research report held by him has been disposed of.
