Application for registration.—Every seed producer carrying on the production of certified seed shall make an application for registration to the Seed Certification Agency in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
