Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pilot of a port shall apply to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form 2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
