Surrender of certificate.—Every pilot of a port who ceases to carry on the pilotage of vessels shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
