Surrender of certificate.—Every authorised collection centre who ceases to carry on the collection of stamp duty shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Stamp Revenue Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every adjudication held by him has been disposed of.
