Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the moneylender shall apply to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Deposit Insurance Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
