Intimation of change.—Every sports goods manufacturer shall intimate to the State Sports Council, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Sports Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
