Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of Government land who ceases to carry on the holding of Government land on lease shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Revenue in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 14 of the manner in which every survey number held by him has been disposed of.
