Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the management of property on behalf of an owner is carried on, the particulars of every occupancy certificate held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form F, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
