Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any emergency arbitrator dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Council in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of arbitrators then held; and the Council shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
