Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pre-school shall apply to the District Education Officer in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the District Education Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
