Application for registration.—Every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall make an application for registration to the District Education Officer in Form F, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every attendance register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
