Application for registration.—Every owner of a private drain carrying on the connection of a private drain to the municipal sewer shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every vending certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
