Fees.—The fee of fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Taxing Officer by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form C; and the Taxing Officer shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within fifteen days of its receipt.
