Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the producer of films shall apply to the Registering Authority in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
