Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any consent manager dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Goa in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every notice then held; and the Government of Goa shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
