Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of an advance authorisation dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and twenty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Puducherry in Form ANF-5A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of imports then held; and the Government of Puducherry shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
