Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the import of inputs under an advance authorisation is carried on, the particulars of every export order held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form ANF-2A, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
