Fees.—The fee of two thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten thousand rupees payable on any other application under these bye-laws shall be paid to the Registrar of Companies by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form AOC-4; and the Registrar of Companies shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
