Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Competition Act, 2003 (12 of 2003); (b) "company secretary in practice" means a person carrying on the practice as a company secretary; (c) "statement of affairs" means a statement of affairs received, held or disposed of by a company secretary in practice in the course of the practice as a company secretary; (d) "Form CHG-1" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
