Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a pilgrimage who ceases to carry on the conduct of a pilgrimage shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every permission held by him has been disposed of.
