Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle used for election purposes shall intimate to the District Election Officer, in Form 12 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Election Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
