Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the product service centre shall apply to the District Commission in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the District Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
