Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the job worker shall apply to the Appellate Authority in Form GST DRC-03 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
