Application for registration.—Every job worker carrying on the treatment or processing of goods belonging to another person shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Authority in Form GST APL-01, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every shipping bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
